Wang Yong, Minister of General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (GAQSIQ), said on Jan 7 that in 2010 the China will implement the credit assessment and information disclosure mechanism and law breaking enterprises will be listed on the blacklist and heavily punished.more
China Center for Labor and Environment – The Ministry of Environmental Protection issued the 2009 No. 74 Notice, promulgating 14 national environmental standards including “Stationary source emission – Determination of lead – Flame atomic absorption spectrometry”. more
According to the Tort Liability Law, if damage is caused due to environmental pollution, the polluter should bear liability. If two or more polluters are polluting the environment, the tort liability that the polluters are subject to should be determined according to the types of pollutants and volume of emissions. more
The Ministry of Environmental Protection issued 2009 Notice No. 68, stipulating new environmental regulations for the production, purchase and use of carbon tetrachloride. Beginning in January 1, 2010.more
