At its 28th meeting, the Fourth People's Congress Standing Committee voted to adopt a revise on Shenzhen City Wage Paid Statute. According to the revised Statute, minimum wage will adjust every two years instead of once a year. more

China Labor and Social Security News – Arbitral institutions at all levels accepted collective labor disputes of 22,000 cases in 2008, an increase of 71% compared with the previous year, with an average of 23 workers involved in one case.more

The first stage of the 2nd Session Labor Relation Practitioner Development Initiative was successfully held by China Training Institute in Guangzhou on May 22-23, 2009.
