China News – At the 2nd Session of the 11th National People's Congress, Mr. Wu Bangguo, chairman of the NPC Standing Committee, said that the legislation plan in 2009 includes formulation of over 10 laws, including Social Insurance Law and Law on Seeking Social Support.
