Description of Responsibility:

1 Prepare and Conduct Site Audit (Social Compliance + Quality);

2 Gather Social Compliance Best Practices/Concepts and share them among selected Factories through training and guidance;

3 Specific Operational Audit Assignment;

4 Prepare Site Audit Report and Feedback + Training/Administration (e.g. performance review, goal setting…)

Requirements :

1. College or University Degree - preferably engineering background

2. Minimum of 2-year experience in factory chain production / manufacturing process (additional supply chain experience is a plus)

3. Experience in shoe industry is desirable

4. Having worked at least 2 years in an international company

Location : Shenzhen and Dongguan
