Keeping Pace with the dynamic changes in supply chain compliance requires increased skills and knowledge by the staff charged with both leading the implementing the work. With changes in environmental and labor laws and regulations, changes in expectations on transparency and an increasingly informed and robust civil society dialogue including both workers, unions and NGOs on supply chain engagement issues, it is essential to develop a team of skilled and capable compliance professionals to overcome these challenges.
