This program is designed around a three year horizon, with year one focused on deepening the group’s knowledge base, year two opening up participation beyond multinationals and year three aims for PCC to become an independently operating community, as outlined below:

  • Year 1: Focus on knowledge building and sharing by multinational compliance staff where participants will directly shape the curriculum and help set goals for the program.
  • Year 2: will move to testing and verifying participant knowledge and tracking improvements in transparency and governance within the community. In Year 2 PCC will be open to multinational compliance staff and third party providers in order to share the best practices developed in year one and to assure wide uptake.
