As the old generation workers growing older, the new generation workers have become the main workforce of manufacturing factories. However, many factory managers complained about the difficulty of dealing with the workers of 90’s generation due to their different experience and the environment they grew up. On the other hand, the 90’s generation workers feel uncomfortable with the traditional management methods of their supervisors and thus lead to a high worker turnover rate and labor conflicts. To this end, BSR and CTI schedule a salon to seek practical solutions on March 25, 2010, which is entitled “How to manage your under-20 workforce (90’s generation)”. CTI will invite a psychologist to share his understanding of the general perception of 90’s generation. We will also invite a factory representative to share their best practices in managing 90’s generation workers.
